Hi everyone! My name is Jocelyn Ocampo (she/her), and I am a fourth year majoring in Public Health. Some other organizations that I am involved with are the Pre-PA club and Paper Crane. This is my 5th semester in AMWA, and one of my favorite memories has been joining our Gender and Sexual Health committee. Our committee advocates for the de-stigmatization of LGBTQ+, Sexual, and Women’s healthcare through advocacy projects. This semester, I’m looking forward to continuing working with such an incredible group of women who all share the same passion for medicine.
